Pearl also produces value added products including Shrimp Sliders, utilizing the same high quality, wild caught, gulf shrimp from Louisiana. They take pride in the quality of their finished products and in the service provided to customers.

    Biloxi Freezing & Processing, Inc. was formed in Biloxi, MS when the Mavar and Suarez/McLendon families grew their friendship into a business, merging their individual companies (M&M Shrimp Company and Biloxi Freezing & Processing) with the intention of offering their clients a competitive advantage. Both families help run the shrimp and processing operation and are committed to packaging the same quality shrimp their families produced for more than seven generations.

    Lafitte Frozen Foods Corp. is a family owned and operated business that started in 1979 as a shrimp processing plant along Bayou Barataria in the secluded fishing town of Jean Lafitte, Louisiana. In 1999, a second processing plant was purchased in Dulac, LA, and later relocated to Violet, LA as a fully automated facility. The business then opened a state of the art value added facility known as Bayou Barataria Foods in 2010 and can produce the highest quality value added seafood products in the industry.
